Is organic aquaponics on Chicago's horizon?

One of the February issue's feature stories is Fish Food about the development of organic aquaponics.  You may read the full story here.

If you'd like to learn more about one of the projects featured in the story, watch the below video from Organic Nation TV.  Organic Nation TV visits with Myles Harston, an aquaponics specialist who founded AquaRanch about five years ago in Flanagan, IL, about 100 miles south of Chicago.

AquaRanch sells organic vegetables and fish in Chicago through Green Grocer Chicago and Irv & Shelly’s Fresh Picks delivery service.

Thank you to Organic Nation TV giving us permission to post this video.
